Summer Camping and Winter Camping in Pinzgau

1. Check-out times: Tue-Sun - 08:30 -10:00 and 16:00 - 18:00 hrs, Monday is a REST DAY!
2. One vehicle is included per pitch - this must be parked directly on the pitch. Additional vehicles must be registered and paid for separately.
3. Visiting relatives and friends must be registered at reception - otherwise a visitor's fee will be charged.
4. Dogs must be kept on a short lead without exception (including on the pitches). Any dog waste must be disposed of appropriately.
5. Playing ball games on the pitch is not permitted, we have a sports field for this purpose.
6. Waste may only be disposed of separately in the containers provided. Bulky waste can only be disposed of in consultation with reception for a fee. The quiet hours must also be observed when disposing of waste.
7. Quiet hours: from 12.00 to 14.00 and from 23.00 to 7.00 hrs.
8. If you do not observe the quiet hours after 11.00 pm, you must expect to be banned from the site!
9. There must be a waste bucket under each caravan. Waste may only be emptied at the water points or in the faeces drain, under no circumstances into the soakaways on the roads.
10. Please leave the site as clean as you found it.
11. Please do not dig ditches around tents and caravans, otherwise a fee will be charged for restoring the pitch.
12. Open fires and fireworks are strictly forbidden for safety reasons.
13. Small children should only use the toilets and showers when accompanied.
14. A speed limit of 10 km/h applies throughout the site. Cycling/scootering is also only permitted on the roads and at a maximum speed of 10 km/h.
15. The campsite operator accepts no liability for damaged or lost property (e.g. theft of bicycles) or damage caused by force majeure.
16. In any case, it is at the discretion of the management to ban guests from the campsite who violate the site rules, disturb or harass other camping guests!

Our campsite is open all year, except in November when the campsite is closed.

Upon receipt of a written reservation, you will receive a binding booking confirmation from us by return. Telephone information and additional agreements are only part of the contract if they have been confirmed by us in writing.

A booking is only valid after receipt of the deposit. 30% of the total amount will be charged in advance. The deposit may be lower in the low season. The deposit paid (minus any bank charges) will be credited towards the final bill. No reservation fees are charged!

The total amount is to be paid directly at check-out in cash or by card (Maestro, Visa, Mastercard). You are also welcome to transfer the amount in advance.

The booked pitch is available from 14:00 - 21:00 hrs on the day of arrival and, on the day of departure, we ask you to vacate it by 11:00 hrs at the latest, otherwise a daily flat rate of € 20 will be charged (subject to change). Should your arrival be significantly delayed, please let us know. If you do not notify us, the pitch will only be kept free until 12.00 noon the following day and will then be reallocated.
